Appointments are strongly encouraged, though we do accept walk-ins when possible. We look forward to meeting you in the not-too-distant future. Studio 21 is 100% committed to holding your preferred reservation date and time. In an effort to ensure the same 100% commitment from our guests, we do kindly request a TWO DAY notice of cancellation. In the event you are unable to cancel at least two days in advance, you could be charged a 50% cancellation fee. We know some day-to-day issues are unavoidable, so we do consider each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Please understand that when a guest doesn’t show for a scheduled appointment—the Stylist and salon do not have an opportunity to replace the appointment. A “No Show” results in a direct loss of income for both the Stylist and the salon. To avoid this, we have a very strict No Show policy. Should you no show for a reserved appointment more than one time—you will be subject to a charge to your credit card for the full appointment amount. We review each situation carefully and it is our desire not to ever enforce this. Please don’t make us enforce this policy and simply do the right thing and cancel at least two days prior to your appointment.
Guests may contact us within 10 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you.
with their new product we will replace it with something that better suits their needs. Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box. We can not offer a return or exchange of custom ordered hair extensions.

Our Associate Training Program provides a "Masters Degree" in hair. Every Associate is a licensed cosmetologist who is investing in their career by working one-on-one with a Studio 21 Associate Educator. In addition to working on the Educator's guests, new Associates offer services at 20% off while they are in the program.
